Tonight, the ever-mysterious artist Frank Ocean will allegedly take the stage at NorthSide Festival in Denmark for his first live performance in three years. The singer, who released the critically acclaimed Blonde and Endless last fall, has something of a reputation for canceling performances last-minute. This year alone, he’s canceled shows at Primavera Sound, Sasquatch!, and Hangout, citing “production delays beyond his control.”
Ocean’s NorthSide performance will be accompanied by the release of new merch bearing the logo of his Blonded Radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio. Assuming there are no further cancellations, Frank Ocean will be making the rounds this summer, with performances at Parklife festival in London and Panorama in New York, among other festivals around the world.
